University Department and its 22 NCTE-approved affiliated colleges of education.

Programme
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) – Two-Year Programme, four semesters,
including supervised school internship.
Institutions
University Teaching Department and 22 NCTE-approved affiliated colleges
of education across Jammu, Kathua, Udhampur, Rajouri and Samba (1,750 seats).
Selection
Admission is made on the basis of the cuet /juet/ academic score, merit
and the college / choices filled by the candidate.
Registration Steps
- Read the Admission Notification, Information Booklet and Seat Matrix carefully before proceeding.
- Click "New Registration" and create your account using a working mobile number and email ID.
- Verify your mobile number and email ID through OTP.
- Fill personal, academic and eligibility details correctly in the online application form.
- Upload the required documents / certificates in the specified format wherever applicable.
- Pay the registration fee online and get Fee Receipt.
- Confirm the seat allotted on merit and complete admission formalities at the allotted college.
- Keep a printout / acknowledgement of your submitted form for future reference.

Eligibility Instructions

Admission will be processed strictly as per University rules, NCTE norms,
eligibility criteria, reservation policy and seat availability.

Candidates must hold at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) in the
qualifying examination.

Eligible qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (10+2+3 pattern) and / or
a Master's degree in Sciences, Social Sciences or Humanities.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science
and Mathematics, with 55% marks, is also eligible.

Any other qualification recognised as equivalent to the above by the University
is also accepted, subject to programme-specific eligibility.

Registration / application fee once paid shall be non-refundable.

Entries in the form cannot be changed once the one-time edit window closes,
so please verify all details carefully before final submission.
