B.Ed. (2-Year) admission is offered at the University Teaching Department and 22 NCTE-approved affiliated colleges of education, on the basis of the CUET, JUET, ACADEMIC Merit and the choices filled by the candidate.
Any candidate holding a Bachelor's degree (10+2+3 pattern) and / or a Master's degree in Sciences, Social Sciences or Humanities, or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics, may apply, subject to the minimum marks required and other eligibility conditions notified for the programme.
Candidates must have at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination (45% for SC/ST candidates). Candidates applying with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (Science and Mathematics specialisation) require 55% marks.
Candidates must fill the online registration form with personal details, academic qualification and eligibility details, a working mobile number, an email ID and a password. Mobile and email verification through OTP is mandatory before the form can be submitted.
Candidates should keep scanned copies of their qualifying degree / mark sheets, a recent photograph and signature, category / reservation certificate (if applicable) and any other document specified in the Information Booklet, ready for upload in the required format and size.
The registration fee for B.Ed. (2-Year) is ₹1000/-, payable online through the portal at the time of registration using the available payment options. The fee, once paid, is non-refundable.
Yes. Mobile OTP and Email OTP verification are mandatory to complete registration.

For Mobile OTP:

  • Check mobile network connectivity.
  • Check whether DND or SMS blocking is enabled.
  • Wait for a few minutes and try resend OTP.

For Email OTP:

  • Check Spam / Junk / Promotions folder.
  • Confirm that the email ID entered is correct.
  • Check whether mailbox storage is full.
No. Duplicate registration using the same mobile number or email ID may be restricted by the portal.
A one-time edit option is provided as per the schedule notified on the portal. Once this edit window closes, entries in the submitted form cannot be changed, so candidates must carefully verify all details before final submission.
No. Registration / application fee once paid shall be non-refundable, under any circumstances.
Submission of wrong information, a false claim, invalid eligibility or forged / incorrect documents may lead to rejection or cancellation of candidature / admission at any stage, including after seat allotment.
